How to Pay

• Users from outside IIT Kanpur must confirm in advance about facility, availability of slots and charges with the concern operator of the Equipment.
  
  
• User must report within 15 min of allotted slot time or slot will be cancelled and user will be charged for full slot.
  
  
• Users from outside IIT Kanpur can pay via using Demand Draft or by using online payment mode in advance.
  
  
• Users other than IIT Kanpur will be also charged 18% GST extra.
  
  
• Users also have to submit declaration form (Printed on Institute's/Company's Letter head and signed by Authority) Link for declaration form
  
• Pay by using Demand Draft: Users can pay by demand draft in the name of “The Registrar, IIT Kanpur” for the total amount including GST.
  
  
• Pay by using Online Mode - Users can use below details to make payment via online mode for the total amount including GST.
