LEAVE:

• If   your  child  cannot   attend  school  for  some  reason  ,  please   inform  the  class  teacher  in  advance  . If  the  child’s  absence is  due  to  an  illness  ,  please  inform  the   class  teacher  and  send  a leave  application  with  the  medical   certificate   attached.

• In  case  child  is   absent  for  more  than   six  consecutive  working  days  without  prior  intimation  ,  the  child’s  name  will  be  struck  off  from  the  school  records. To continue  in  the  school   after  this  ,  the  student  will  have  to go  through  a  Re – admission  process.

• Kindly  note  that  prior  appointment  needs  to  be  taken , in the  form  of  a  written  note ,  in  case  you  want  to  meet    the  teachers.

 

Preferable  time  for  meeting  the  teachers on  working  days  is  as  follows  :

Summer  :-  Half  on  hour  before  school  starts  and  till  half  an  hour  after  school   gives  over.

Winter  :-  Half  an  hour  before  the  school   starts.
