The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur had the pleasure of hosting Prof. Shivendra S. Panwar on 19th September 2024. Prof. Panwar is a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NYU Tandon School of Engineering and Director of the New York State Center for Advanced Technology in Telecommunications (CATT). He is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur, graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering in the class of 1981.
During his visit, Prof. Panwar engaged in a productive meeting with the Dean of International Relations, Prof. Bushra Ateeq to discuss opportunities for enhancing the existing partnership between IITK and NYU. Their conversation focused on collaborative initiatives and strategic goals aimed at deepening the relationship between the two institutions.
