IIT Kanpur participated in the UC Santa Cruz-IIT Delhi-IIT Kanpur Joint Symposium on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity held from 15th to 17th July 2024. This three-day event fostered collaboration and innovation among the faculty members from both institutions.

Day 1: Research Presentations: The symposium began with faculty members sharing their latest research on AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity, highlighting advancements and new perspectives.
Day 2: Round Table Discussion on Generative AI and Cybersecurity: A dynamic round-table discussion focused on the intersection of generative AI and cybersecurity, with experts exchanging ideas and exploring future research opportunities.
Day 3: Silicon Valley Panel Discussion: The final day featured a panel discussion at UC Santa Cruz's Silicon Valley campus. The delegates from IITs and Silicon Valley shared insights on the AI trustworthiness and responsible AI practices, enriching the symposium with their knowledge and expertise.
