Linear Quadratic Regulators: return ratio & difference, sensitivity function. Kalmans optimality condition. Gain/phase margins, robustness to time delay and nonlinearity. Characterization of sensitivity. Kharitonov theorem robustness. Singular values properties, application in stability, robustness and sensitivity. Robustness of discrete time LQR systems.
