The XVI International Workshop on the Physics of Semiconductor Devices is being organized at Kanpur by the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and Semiconductor Society of India during December 19-22 , 2011. This series of biennial workshop provides a valuable forum for interaction between scientists & technologist working in the area of semiconductor materials and devices. The XV workshop was held in December 2009 at Delhi.
