Sufficient and reasonably good accommodation to host conferences is available at Visitor Hostel and Hall of Residences at IIT Campus and neighboring Institutes/ Universities. Accommodation will be provided to all participants with no extra cost. However, intimation for requirement of accommodation should be marked in the Registration Form.
Five star and three star hotels are also available in Kanpur city. Reservation of accommodation can also be made in these hotels for those who like to stay there. The desire to stay in hotel should appropriately be checked in the Registration Form. The present charges at Hotel Landmark for standard AC Room with single occupancy are Rs.4000 + Taxes.
