Fee Structure

  • Academicians: No Registration Fee 

  • Industries/R&D Labs: Rs. 10000/-

For college teachers only

There is NO Course Fee for the teachers from engineering/science/management colleges. Participant will be paid to and fro train fair (3 AC class) via shortest route (strictly on the production of ticket). Free boarding and lodging will be provided in the guest rooms of students hostels at IIT Kanpur. The candidates should have B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. However, the candidates with M.E. / M.Tech. / M.Sc. / M.Phil. will be given preference. The candidates with Ph.D. degree are equally welcome.
For selected candidates: The selected candidates will be requested to send a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 3,000/- to ensure their commitment for participation in the course. The DD will be returned on the last day of the workshop subjected to the full attendance of the participant.

 

Please do not send the demand draft until you receive a confirmation of your selection by email. Sending the demand draft in advance before selection does not guarantees the selection and will be nonrefundable.

 

For Participants From Industries / R&D Labs

Private and public sector industries and other organizations are welcome to depute their executives, managers and engineers to participate in the course. The sponsoring organizations are required to pay a registration fee of Rs.10000/- per participant. The participants will have to make their own arrangements for travel and other expenses. Boarding and lodging can be arranged on payment basis in the guest house /hostels at I.I.T Kanpur based upon prior request and availability.

 

Mode of Payment

The Registration Fee or Caution Deposit should be sent by bank draft payable at the “State Bank of India, IIT Kanpur” Branch and drawn in favor of "Continuing Education Programme, IIT Kanpur"
