ACCOMMODATION
STUDENTS
Accommodation for students is arranged at the student's hostels based on single/twin sharing basis. The room allotment for the students may be found here. Students are requested to proceed to Hall of Residence 10 (for boys) and Girls hostel for girls (GH-2) after passing through security at the campus main gate. Students will have to bear the miscellaneous expenses.
NON-STUDENTS
Accommodation for non-student participants (including TEQIP participants) is arranged at the IITK International Hostel (VH2) on single/twin sharing basis based on the availability. After passing through the security at the main gate, they are requested to proceed to VH2 reception, where they will be allotted a room. The non-student participants will have to bear the miscellaneous expenses. The room allotment for the students may be found here.
SPEAKERS & GUESTS
Accommodation for all the speakers is arranged at the IITK guest houses: Visitor Hostel (VH) or International Hostel (VH2) on single/twin sharing basis based on the availability. After passing through the security at the main gate, they are requested to proceed to VH/VH2 reception, where they will be allotted a room. The room allotment for the speakers may be found here.
TRAVEL (SPEAKERS & GUESTS)
ARRIVAL (PICK-UP)
Upon arrival & after luggage collection at LKO (Lucknow) Airport, all the speakers are requested to come out through the exit at LKO Airport (only one exit only). Either the student volunteer or taxi operator would meet them with a Name Placard at the exit gate. Pick up arrangement for all the speakers may be found here.
