Excimer Laser (KrF, &lambda=248 nm) based Pulsed Laser Deposition facility. Three separate chambers devoted to high Tc superconductors, magnetic and superconducting nitrides and hole doped manganites exist in the laboratory. A thermal evaporator for deposition of Pb, Au, Ag, cr electrodes  on thin films at liquid nitrogen temperature is also available in the laboratory.
