The Process Metallurgy laboratory provides a useful insight of different processes involved in ferrous and nonferrous metal extraction. Along with the extraction processes, experiments performed in the laboratory are also quite informative to the aspects of heat and mass transport operations as well as determination of solid fuel's calorific values. The laboratory experiments are associated with the departmental compulsory courses such as "Principle of metal extraction and refining" along with "Iron & steel making", for 3rd year bachelor student of MSE Department.
