Oral presentations
Oral presentations time is 15 minutes (including 3 minutes for questions and answers). The session chair and co-chairs will remind you at 10th minute using a timer on the podium. The presentations exceeding the time limit will be stopped by the chairs in the interest of time.
Available facilities for presentation: In the conference session room a Windows based laptop/desktop computer will be available. Presentations in Microsoft Power point or any other format will be accepted in USB Flash Drive. Participants scheduled for the pre-lunch session should have their presentations uploaded 30minutes before the start of the day’s sessions, while those scheduled for the afternoon should upload theirs by lunch. Please check the presentations’ and videos’ (if any) compatibility in advance.
Poster presentations
Each poster should be formatted to fit a maximum size of standard A0-format (841 × 1189 mm) in portrait orientation. Boards and materials to secure posters to the boards will be provided.
Authors need to be available for discussion during the scheduled 2-hour poster sessions.
Posters will, however, be displayed throughout the duration of the conference sessions.
Posters needs to be displayed in the specified location assigned. The board will contain the poster number assigned to your poster.
The title and authors must appear at the top of the poster. We recommend the use of a font size legible from a distance of 2 meters.
If interested, bring some copies of your poster with you for distribution. Copying, printing facilities will not be available at the time of the conference. |
