Responsibilities

• Lead general project management activities across the programs especially in Agri and Bio programs.
• Manage the pre-incubation and the incubation process, and the incubatee cohort assigned ensuring strong engagement with all stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and manage the AgriTech incubation program.
• Oversee multiple AGritech projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide hands-on mentorship and strategic advice to startups on business development, product strategy, market entry, and scaling.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the incubation program and attract high-potential AgriTech startups.

• Liaison and Relationship management with funding agencies, corporates & other stakeholders.
• Portfolio management of Agri Tech & Bio Tech Startups.
• Lead and support outreach and branding activities under different projects and leading affiliate tasks.
• Lead and Support other activities as assigned.

Travel

• As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams

Qualification

•  Post graduate degree + 8 years of relevant experience

  Or

• Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience at appropriate level

Desirable

• Experience in research in Agriculture domain.
• Experience in managing start-ups and growing them.
• Has worked in the AgriTech and Bio Tech innovation space.
