Applications are invited for the following post to work on a project at the Department of Aerospace Engineering, IIT Kanpur:

Name of the Post: Project Technician

Minimum qualification & experience: High School + ITI + 09 Years relevant experience OR 03 years Engineering Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) + 04 Years relevant experience

Salary Range: Rs. 14400-1200-36000 per month (Consolidated)

Duration of Appointment: 3 Years or till the end of project (whichever is earlier)

Desirables: Experience: Machining (lathe, drilling, milling etc), welding, work experience in academic research institutes, knowledge about combustors/experimentation, making air and fuel flow lines
