Minimum Qualification & Post qualification Experience: Post graduate degree with 8 years of relevant experience Or Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience in a Govt. organization or in educational Institute or in organization of repute.

Desirable Experience: Prior experience in student Training and Placement is desired.

Job Description: The job role includes, but are not limited to, networking and connecting with potential recruiters and persuading them for conducting recruitment/internship drives at IIT Kanpur as well as facilitating the same. The job holder will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the recruiter and student database to ensure accuracy. The person shall also take care of other responsibilities assigned by the competent authority from time to time.

Duration of Appointment: Maximum One year from the date of appointment or date of expiry of project, whichever is earlier.
