Applications are invited for the posts of Project Executive Officer. The project involves improving industry-academia interactions, and catalyzing innovation ecosystem in IIT Kanpur. The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of contract is one year or till the end of the Project, whichever is earlier. Renewal of appointment on these positions is subject to satisfactory performance.

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. or master's degree with significant expertise in the relevant area.

Desirable Skills: Outstanding and demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities; Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills; Aptitude in decision making and problem solving

Job Profile

1. Overseeing daily operations and project management.
2. Handling teams working in different verticals
3. Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures
4. Liaising with different stakeholders and maintaining client relations
5. Pitching to big industry clients and increasing the R&D collaborations between industry and IIT Kanpur
6. Any other responsibility assigned by PI.
