Applications are invited for the post of "Deputy Project Manager" which is purely temporary and contractual basis.

1. No. of Posts: 01

2. Minimum qualifications and post qualification experience: CA/ICWA/CS OR Post graduate (MBA/ MCA /M.Com/ M.Sc./ M.A) + 5 years relevant experience OR Graduate (B.Sc/B.A./B.com./ BBA, BCA, LLB) + 8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.

3. Desirable:Candidates should have good communication skill, hardworking and experience of the following areas:

  1. Diploma in Graphics Designing.
  2. At least 08 years of experience in having knowledge of Graphics Designing and Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel). Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  3. Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
  4. Experience with web design and prototyping tools.
  5. Industry-level internship will be an added advantage.
  6. Other administrative work related to Graphics Designing.

4. Job Profile: The candidate’s tasks and responsibilities will include:

  1. Typing, proofreading, and designing of Hindi and English magazines for the Institute.
  2. Review and proof designs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the Institute’s requirements.
  3. Knowledge of Hindi Typing (Kruti Dev, Indic typing etc.).
  4. Develop creative and visually appealing designs for a range of outreach materials, such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, infographics, and advertisements.
  5. Conceptualize, plan, and execute design projects based on the Institute's guidelines.
  6. Use design software and tools to create and manipulate graphical elements.
  7. Conduct design revisions based on feedback from higher authority and ensure timely delivery of final designs.
  8. Optimize and resize graphics for various digital and print platforms.
  9. Stay updated with institute trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to improve design output and stay innovative continuously.
  10. Office-related work.
  11. To attend to other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by higher authority.

5. Consolidated Salary Structure:Rs. 19200 - 1600 - 48000

6. Duration of appointment:Until May 31, 2025 or till the end of the project whichever is earlier.

The Institute reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualifications and experience. Only short-listed applicants will be called for an interview whose date and time will be intimated by email or phone. Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualifications and work experience will not be called for the interview.
