Applications are invited for one post of Deputy Project Manager in Mechanical Engineering Office in the project titled "Hiring of Manpower"

Duration of Appointment: One year from the date of appointment or date of expiry of project, whichever is earlier (Term extendable based on the performance and requirement)

Remuneration Range: 19200-1600-48000

Minimum Qualification: B.Com +8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.

Desirable:

• At least 5 years of experience in academic institute/ university.
• E- Management and computer handling (MS Office, Email, Excel etc.)
• Knowledge of purchase/ procedures and store procedures followed at IITs/ CFTIs.
• Knowledge of GFR, data handling and record keeping.

Job Profile:

1. Handling of purchasing, and maintaining all records related to office work.
2. Maintain registers of Project funds.
3. Maintaining record of students Attendance.
4. General office Management.
5. Local purchase.
