Applications are invited for the post of "Project Scientist" (purely temporary and contractual basis) in the institute.

(I) No. of Posts: 1

(II) Minimum qualifications: Ph.D in Environmental chemistry

Desirable: At least 5 years' experience in sampling and analysis of both drinking and wastewater samples for various water quality parameters. Hands on experience in handling various sophisticated analytical instruments like ICP/MS, GC/MS, UV-Vis spectrophotometer and Fluorimeter.

(III) Consolidated Salary Structure: 26400-2200-66000/-

(IV) Duration of appointment: Until May 30th, 2021 or till the end of the project whichever is earlier

The Institute reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualification and experience. Only short-listed applicants will be called for a telephonic interview whose date and time will be intimated by email. Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualification and work experience will not be called for the interview.
