Applications are invited for the following temporary & contractual post of work as Deputy Project Manager in the project “HIRING OF MANPOWER (WAGES) IN EARTH SCIENCES IITK/ES/2024419”.

Post: Deputy Project Manager (01 Post)

(The appointment is purely contractual and duration of appointment is initially for one year or till the end of Project whichever is earlier).

Minimum Qualification and post Qualification Experience:

CA/ ICWA/ CS

Or

Postgraduate (MBA/ MCA/ M. Com / M.Sc./ MA) + 5 Years of relevant experience

Or

Graduate (B.Sc./ BA/ B. Com/ BBA/ BCA/ LLB) + 8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.

Desirable post qualification experience:

  • 05 years’ relevant experience in Government Organization or the Educational Institute.
  • Experience in handling office works, accounts, record maintenance, noting, drafting, processing of bills, coordination with other offices, etc. Experience in administration, including communication online and telephonic responses.
  • Knowledge of Computers (MS Office/ Excel/PowerPoint), and internet handling.
  • Candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Candidate must have basic knowledge and understanding of handling Lab related work.
  • Candidate must know how to operate high end projectors and other peripherals.
  • Candidate should have thorough experience in arranging seminars, meetings & classes.

Salary Range: Rs.19200-1600-48000 (consolidated) per month

Duration of appointment: Until May 31, 2025 or till the end of the project whichever is earlier One Year (Maybe extended based on performance and requirement.)
