Applications are invited for the following post in Students' Affairs Office in the project titled "Hiring of Manpower for Students' Affairs".

Name of the Post: Deputy Project Manager

Salary Range: 19200-1600-48000 (Higher start may be possible in case of experienced and meritorious candidate)

Duration of appointment: The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of contract is for initial period of one year or till the end of project whichever is earlier and renewal on satisfactory performance.

Minimum Qualification: CA/ICWA/CS 'OR' Post Graduate (MBA/MCA/M.com/M.Sc. /M.A.) + 05 years relevant experience 'OR' Graduate (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./BBA/BCA) + 08 years relevant experience with excellent HR/PR/Counselling skills, excellent command over English.

Desirable Experience:

• Five years' working experience in Students' Affairs matters.
• Candidates should have a good knowledge of computer applications.
• Thorough knowledge of website development and maintenance.
• Data entry management in Office Automation, Good communication skills.
• Preparation of reports and presentations etc.
• Ability for noting and drafting for general office correspondence.
• Handling Front Desk for Students Affairs in a higher educational organization.
• Willing to work in shift/odd duty hours (Early morning & Late evening)
