Applications are invited for the post in Accounts Section, IIT Kanpur in the Project titled "Implementation of New Office Automation". Project No. IITK/DORA/2017428.

About the project: The work is related to administrative in nature.

The appointment is purely contractual and duration of contract is five years (3 Year + 2 Year).

(1) Project Manager: (CA/ICWA/CS) + 02 years relevant experience at supervisory level in Govt. organization or in educational institute Or Post Graduate (MBA/MCA/M.com/M.Sc./M.A.) + 08 years relevant experience Or (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./BBA/BCA) + 15 years relevant experience Graduate

Desirable: To work independently in the part of accounts and handling various accounts of Income received from Staff/Vendors, maintaining cash books and ledgers. Preparation of BRS, handling GST & Good knowledge of Accounting Package etc. Basic knowledge of computers i.e. MS Office/Excel/Power Point/ Access etc.

(2) Deputy Project Manager: CA/ICWA/CS 'OR' Post Graduate (MBA/MCA/M.com/M.Sc. /M.A.) + 05 years relevant experience 'OR' Graduate (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./BBA/BCA) + 08 years relevant experience with excellent HR/PR/Counselling skills, excellent command over English.

Desirable: To work independently in the part of accounts and maintain all book of accounts, work on financial accounting package i.e. Tally, ERP Package etc. Basic knowledge of computers i.e. MS Office/Excel/Power Point/ Access etc.
