New Office Automation (DDIA)

Applications are invited for the post of Senior Project Associate (01) for a period of One Year or date of expiry of project, whichever is earlier in New Office Automation Project (DDIA). The appointment is purely temporary and on contractual basis.

Minimum Qualification: B. Tech+ 1 year relevant exp. Or M.Sc. + 1 year relevant experience Or B.Sc + MCA + 1 year relevant Exp.

Desirable Experience: Candidates should have a good knowledge of computer with hardware and networking. We are looking a person as a "Senior Project Associate" with the following work experience:

  1. Help desk assistance - Respond to requests for technical assistance in person/electronically.
  2. Diagnose and resolve first level technical hardware and software issues.
  3. Experience in handling Knowledge DB problem resolution and LaTeX, Inkscape etc
  4. Follow standard help desk procedures and redirect user to the concerned.
  5. Log and report all help desk interactions and effectively operate help desk software.
  6. Redirect issues and administer to correct resource.
  7. Identify,track and route problems/requests and report officials.
  8. Prepare activity reports and document records and resolutions.
  9. Report of current and recurring problems about system information, changes and updates.

Salary Range: Rs. 21600 - 1800 - 54000/- PM Consolidated
