Applications are invited for the following post in the Office of counselling Service in the project titled "Human Resources for Counselling Service".

Salary Range: 13200-1100-33000

Duration of appointment: The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of contract is for initial period of one year or till the end of project whichever is earlier and renewal on satisfactory performance.

Minimum Qualification and Post Qualification Experience:

Post Graduate (MBA/MCA/M.com/M.Sc./M.A.)
Or
Graduate (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./BBA/BCA/LLB)+03 years of relevant experience.

Desirable Experience:

• Candidates should have a good knowledge (or a diploma) in computer applications.
• Knowledge of website development and maintenance.
• Data entry management in Office Automation
• Good communication skills.
• Preparation of reports and presentations etc.
• Preparation of posters, related to Counselling service functioning and events.
• Ability for noting and drafting for general office correspondence (application writing etc.)
• Finance and Record management.

Nature of Duty:

The appointee will be responsible for maintenance of counselling data, web-page, communications, and accounts other than preparing documents and helping with various counselling activities. It may require working in shift/odd duty hours (Early morning & Late evening) and occasionally during weekends.
